We are excited announce our new Client Link Center! This is a time-saving customer self-servicing tool. Once logged in, you can view policy information, print your own policy related documents, upload documents that are then accessible to your agent, submit policy change requests and more. Best of all, you can access the Client Center 24/7/365, so it’s like having an agent that works after hours, weekends and holidays.
1. Customer enters the email address found in their account, and clicks Login.
2. We send the customer an email with a temporary identification code. For security purposes, the code expires after 15 minutes.
3. Customer enters the identification code at the Client Center login page, and clicks Login.
4. If the email address is associated with more than one account, the customer is prompted to select one account.
5. Customer is taken into their Client Center account.
You can now log into your own account and print auto ID cards, request driver changes, change your mortgagee and so much more!
